Coastal Living 20th Anniversary

Being a part of the Designer Network for Coastal Living has been so rewarding over the years so when they decided to throw an event for their 20th anniversary we jumped at the chance. The idea they came up with was to have designers that were part of the magazine take inspiration from any one of Coastal Living’s magazine covers from the beginning till now.

Since we have two locations we gave ourselves a challenge and chose to design two tables for the event!

The event was absolutely beautiful set in the Habersham Community in Beaufort, South Carolina. The cocktail hour included lively music, great drinks, and raw oysters on the half shell. Truly creating a space that showcases coastal living.

Anne Hagerty Interiors Inspiration

For our Interior Design office in Savannah, we chose a coastal stilt house on the water incorporating different hues of blue from Coastal Living’s June 2009 cover.

Here is how we brought this magazine cover to life!

Abode Fine Home Inspiration

For our retail showroom in Bluffton, South Carolina we went the complete opposite of Coastal Living’s typical style. They had a french countryside magazine cover from May/June 1998 that we thought would translate beautifully to table form.

Here is how we brought this magazine cover to life!

Creating the above looks was such a pleasure and being a part of such a wonderful magazine such as Coastal Living was an honor.
